- Parts are additional unless specifically included in a package or quote.
- Major repairs require customer approval before work begins.
- $35 minimum labor charge.
- Customer-supplied parts must be inspected for compatibility and condition.
- Additional installation / handling fees may apply to customer-supplied parts.
- Complex repairs are quoted individually.
- Final pricing may vary based on make, model, condition, parts availability, accessibility, and repair complexity.
- Diagnostic fees cover technician time required to identify the problem.
- Approved diagnostic credits are shown on the customer's estimate / invoice.
- Same-day and priority service fees apply when available.
- Lithium battery internal repairs, rebuilding, and cell-level work require inspection and individual quotation.
